"Gallery Grids" exhibition at the Market Gallery
The Market Gallery is one of four art galleries participating in the "Gallery Grids" exhibition. Sponsored by the Downtown Roanoke Arts Collective, the exhibition explores how a wide variety of area artists interpret a common theme on same-size panels. 175 panels following the theme, "Wish You Were Here," interpreting the theme of postcards, will be on display in the gallery through October. All panels are for sale at prices set by the artists, with half of the proceeds going to fund the DRAC.

Holiday Origami Make and Take event at Market Gallery
Come by the Market Gallery at 22 Campbell Ave in Downtown Roanoke during Dickens of a Christmas. The Gallery will be open until 10:00 PM for Art by Night on December 3, and on the following two Fridays, the 10th and the 17th. We will be offering a make-and-take origami Christmas ornament activity each week. Come make or decorate your own ornament for free or buy a completed ornament or garland. Join us, meet the artists, and have fun with us making your own artistic ornament to take home! And don't forget to shop for special holiday gifts from our collection of beautiful original art by local artists.
